About the Position:
We are seeking a Director of Systems and Administration who will develop and implement administrative systems, technologies, and tools, oversee facilities and organizational logistics, and lead special projects throughout CPD/A that improve how work gets done. The Director will help align resources with organizational needs, making sure our talented staff have the space, tools, technologies, and systems to function effectively. We are fast-moving, quickly-growing organization and the ideal candidate is disciplined and nimble, dedicated to organizational excellence, shares our commitment to justice, and reflects that commitment in their day-to-day work and long term planning.
The Director of Systems and Administration will be responsible for:
Supervising Technology and Operations teams and ensuring efficient, effective work environments and organizational technologies, and systems including:
overseeing the staff responsible for office management and logistics
procuring and developing work spaces,
managing organizational insurance,
implementing key practices related to organizational security, and other organizational needs; and
Identifying, developing, and managing other organizational-wide systems as needed and in collaboration with colleagues to support a efficient and effective environment for the organization and our network of grassroots partners.
Preferably at least 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in non-profit systems and administration or closely related field.

Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to be diplomatic and have discretion in dealings with others;
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills;
Attention to detail as well as the big picture;
Ability to work well independently and to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment;

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. We have a generous benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 15 vacation days per year, 10 sick days per year, 12 paid holidays per year, and contributions to individuals’ 401K plans.
